$250/night (2 night minimum) or $1,500.00/week.
Week is Friday through Thursday.
October through May
$220.00/night, (2 night minimum) or $1,000.00/week. Week is Friday through Thursday.
Holidays
$350.00/night (3 night minimum) Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.

Rent both condos for your family reunion, extended family getaway or wedding and get an additional 10% off the price of renting them individually.

Rates are listed above. Please add 10.3% Washington State Sales Tax and a $100.00 cleaning fee.
